ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
PIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $406,520 FOR PROPERTY/-
LIABILITIES INSURANCE, AND IN THE AMOUNT OF
WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky
League of Cities in the amount of $406,520 for property/-
casualty and liabilities insurance, and in the amount of
$771,527 for Worker's Compensation insurance for the City of
Paducah, for a total amount of $1,178,047.00.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized
in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Fund 72.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
