ORDINANCE NO. 94-8- S $ C)
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $113,500.00 WITH FLORENCE
AND HUTCHESON INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE KENTUCKY AVENUE RELOCATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has a need for planning and
engineering services necessary for the Kentucky Avenue
Relocation Project; and
WHEREAS, Florence and Hutcheson Inc. has in its
employ persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Florence and Hutcheson
Inc. in the amount of $113,500.00 for professional engineering
services for the Kentucky Avenue Relocation Project. Western
Baptist Hospital will reimburse the City of Paducah $35,000.00
of this amount. This contract is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
account No.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
