AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-12(A)(8), "REGULA-
TIONS FOR INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS", OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (a)(8) of Section 2-12,
"Regulations for inspection of public records", is hereby
amended and reordained to read as follows:
11(8) 'Reasonable fee' or 'fee' shall mean the fair
payment required by a public agency for making copies of public
records which shall not exceed the actual cost thereof and
shall not include the cost of staff time required. The fee
charged by this public agency for making copies of an 8 1/2 x
11" or 8 1/2 x 14" page shall be flftj t$1%01 fifteen ($.15)
cents per page. The fee charged for duplications for larger
documents such as maps, plats, etc., shall be flUt t$1001
twenty-five .25 cents per square foot per page for large
copies."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
