AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $315.00 WITH JAMES
SANDERS NURSERY FOR THE PURCHASE AND PLANTING OF SEVEN (7) FOSTERI
HOLLIES FOR THE NOBLE PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 95-9-5357 to enter into a contract
with James Sanders Nursery for the landscaping for the Noble Park Renovation Project; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for an increase in the amount of
$315.00 for the purchase and planting of seven (7) fosteri hollies to complete the landscaping
renovation for the Noble Park Renovation Project for the above referenced contract, increasing
the total contract price to $103, 225.61.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change
Order No. 1 for an increase in the amount of $315.00 with James Sanders Nursery for the
purchase and planting of seven (7) fosteri hollies to complete the landscaping for the Noble Park
Renovation Project, increasing the total cost to $103,225.61.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and shall become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
