AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-88 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Section 2-88, Special or Called Meetings, of Chapter 2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah is hereby amended to read as follows:
Special or called meetings may be held upon the request
of the mayor or two (2) "^e'' bens of the

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2-89 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Section 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby repeals Section
2-89, "Closing, Preparation, Distribution, etc., of Agenda." This Ordinance was
originally enacted on January 11, 1966, and was last amended on October 13, 1992.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
