AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2,
ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Section 2-87, Time of Regular Meetings, of
Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The regular meetings of the Board of
Commissioners shall be held at City Hall,
unless otherwise noticed, and shall commence at
7-9'eleek p. t < on the �r
Tuesdays of each month,
except that, when such a meeting falls on a
legal holiday iiia>`, then the
regular meeting will be held on the following
day at the same hour.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS
Chapter 424.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance amends Ordinance 92-10-4849
adopted by the Board of Commissioners and passed 10/13/92.
