AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH
HOME/COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT RESIDENTIAL
ANTIDISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah hereby
approves and adopts the City of Paducah HOME/Community Development Block Grant
Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the above -referenced
