AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO FORD
CROWN VICTORIA VEHICLES FROM YATES FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF
$37,150 FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $37,150 to Yates Ford for the
01 purchase of two Ford Crown Victoria vehicles for use by the
Police Department.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Yates Ford for the purchase of two
automobiles, authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
the following account: 040-1616-521-2307.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
