HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-2-5452ORDINANCE NO. 96-2-_Y-" S:P- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47, NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That sub -section (a) of Section 2-47, Noncivil Service Employees, 01 Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended and to read as follows: "Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally. (a) There is hereby created and authorized the following positions in the Department of Community Development/Housing and Grants Management. The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following non civil service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager: NO OF POSITION POSITIONS Section 2-47. Any department director, upon approval of the City Manager, may designate an employee of their respective department to serve as Lead Person. The Lead Person shall be paid an additional $.50 per hour during such time that the person serves in such capacity. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be retroactive to July 1, 1995. SECTION 4.
