AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1996 EDITION OF THE
NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND ALL FUTURE EDITIONS OF SAID CODE
UPON ISSUANCE OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the 1996 edition of the National
011 Electrical Code and all future editions of the said Code will
be adopted upon issuance of said same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publica-
tion pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
