AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND
EASEMENTS FOR A PORTION OF THE BAPTIST HOSPITAL, INC. PROPERTY
0�WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a meeting held on February 19,
1996, adopted a resolution recommending to the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance approving the final plat of said subdivision reflected
thereon, and accepting the dedication of the public rights-of-way and easements shown thereon.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on
February 19, 1996, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF
THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY OF WESTERN BAPTIST, INC. LOCATED BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND
BROADWAY," be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters as set
forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of said property shall be, and it is hereby,
approved as shown on the plat referred to in said subdivision, which plat is entitled, "Boundary
Survey & Right of way Dedication of a Portion of the Baptist Hospitals Inc. Property," and said
Cj' property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way and public utility
easement as shown on said plat shall be, and they are hereby, accepted and shall constitute an
undertaking of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the maintenance of said right-of-way. The
Mayor is hereby authorized to subscribe a certificate of approval on the plat.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
