That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the dedication of public rights of way and permanent utility easements for the Hill Terrace Roadway Improvement Project, more particularly described as follows, all of which were conveyed to the City of Paducah by Deeds of Conveyance which were filed of record with the McCracken County Clerk's office: EASEMENT PARCEL 1 BEING A STRIP OF LAND OF VARIABLE WIDTH LOCATED ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS HILL TERRACE BETWEEN PECAN DRIVE AND DEER LICK PLACE IN THE HILLCREST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, SAID STRIP OF LAND BEING LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF LOT 18, BLOCK "H" OF SAID HILLCREST SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN BY PLATS OF SAID LOT AND SUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN PLAT SECTION "A" AT PAGES 278 AND 279 AND PLAT SECTION "H", PAGE 622 OF THE McCRACKEN COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE, THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED TO BE UTILIZED AS A PERMANENT AND PERPETUAL UTILITY EASEMENT AS WELL AS A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO HILL TERRACE, SAID EASEMENTS BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING WHERE THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE AFORESAID LOT 18 INTERSECTS THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HILL TERRACE, 25 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE THEREOF; THENCE N. 60°-54'-10" W.
