HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-3-5461478 ORDINANCE NO. 96-3- 5%/ AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY AND PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR THE KENTUCKY AVENUE RELOCATION PROJECT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the dedication of public rights of way and permanent utility easements for the Kentucky Avenue Relocation Project, more particularly described as follows, all of which were conveyed to the City of Paducah by Deeds of Conveyance which were filed of record with the McCracken County Clerk's office: PARCEL NO. 3 DEED OF CONVEYANCE A parcel of land located at the Northeast corner of the intersection of Washington Street and South 28th Street, Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows: PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY Beginning at the point of intersection of the existing East right of way line of South 28th Street and the existing North right of way line of Washington Street, said point being located 33.00 feet leis of Kentucky Avenue Relocation station 15+51.90; thence, with the existing North right of way line of Washington Street, North 62 degrees 45 minutes 43 seconds East, 40.97 feet to a point in the proposed right of way line, said point being 33.00 feet left of Kentucky Avenue Relocation station 15+92.88; thence, with the proposed right of way line, North 72 degrees 14 minutes 17 seconds West, 57.94 feet to a point 73.97 feet left of Kentucky Avenue Relocation station 15+51.90; thence, with the existing East right of way line of South 28th Street, South 27 degrees 14 minutes 17 seconds East, 40.97 feet to the point of beginning.
