AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH SHOOTER
SUPPLY IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,246 FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF
AMMUNITION FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the
proposal of Paducah Shooter Supply in the amount of $12,246,
for sale to the City of ammunition for use by the Police
Department, said proposal being in substantial compliance
with the City's specifications, and as contained in the
bid of Paducah Shooter Supply of March 25, 1996.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Paducah Shooter Supply for the
purchase of ammunition, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in
the proposal.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 001-1602-521-3903.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
