AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF RURAL AND MUNICIPAL AID,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR
MAINTENANCE, RECONSTRUCTION, OR CONSTRUCTION OF CITY STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract between
the Department of Rural and Municipal Aid, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, for maintenance, reconstruction, or construction of city streets.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
