ORDINANCE NO. 96 -4 -ATO
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-51, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-51, Civil Service of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 10-51. Humm Resetwees Depai4awat. Department of Personnel.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the Hunyn
Department of Personnel of the City of Paducah and the salary of each
position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this
position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:
