AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BIDS OF KENNETH HOWLE IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $51,880 FOR DEMOLITION OF CONDEMNED
STRUCTURES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bids
an amount not to exceed $51,880 for
of Kenneth Howle in $
demolition of condemned structures in the City of Paducah,
as contained in the bids of Kenneth Howle.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Kenneth Howle for services as set out
in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposals and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bids.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
