AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH & LOUISVILLE RAILWAY, INC., AND THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SEWER
LINE ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY P & L FOR THE PERKINS CREEK LIFT
STATION SEWER EXTENSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
between the Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc., and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for
construction and maintenance of a sewer line across property owned by P & L for the Perkins
Creek Lift Station sewer extension..
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
