AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF BLUE CROSS/ -
BLUE SHIELD OF KENTUCKY FOR HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR CITY
OF PADUCAH EMPLOYEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996/97, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
1 SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Blue
Cross/Blue Shield of Kentucky for health insurance coverage for
City of Paducah employees for Fiscal Year 1996/97.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kentucky for services
authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
various departmental accounts.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
