AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT FOR DEED AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO,
WITH LOUIS KIRCHOFF AND MAX BASTANI IN THE AMOUNT OF $58,000
FOR SALE BY THE CITY OF VARIOUS REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED ALONG
SOUTH SECOND STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into a Contract for Deed and all other documents relating
thereto, with Louis Kirchoff and Max Bastani in the amount of
$58,000 for the sale by the City of various parcels of property
known as 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116, and 118 South Second
Street in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. In order to complete renovation and
construction of this property during the current construction
season, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective immediately with one reading.
