AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL CODE
CORPORATION FOR SUPPLEMENTING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE
CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City has a need for professional
services necessary to provide supplements to the Code of
Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Code Corporation provides these
professional services as required by the City.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Professional Services Contract with
Municipal Code Corporation for supplementing the Code of
Ordinances for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 001-0102-511-2308.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
