AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT
FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE POLICE AND FIRE FIGHTERS' RETIREMENT
FUND OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Effective June 1, 1996, the Finance
Director is hereby authorized to increase the minimum monthly

payment to $400 for any participant in the Police and Fire
Fighters' Retirement Fund of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and published by summary pursuant to KRS Chapter
424.
