ORDINANCE NO. 9 6 -5 - 5y9T
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT, EASEMENT AND QUITCLAIM DEED BY AND
BETWEEN THE WOODLANDS, INC., ET AL, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR
THE WOODLANDS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement, Easement and Quitclaim Deed by and
between the Woodlands, Inc., et al, and the City of Paducah for
the Woodlands Subdivision.
SECTION 2. Due to the time frame of pending sales
and property closing for the owners of Woodlands, Inc., et al,
an emergency is. hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall become effective immediately with one reading.
