AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDED CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,067 WITH
CIVIL DESIGN GROUP INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR STUART NELSON PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 95-11-5405, the City
l approved an agreement for professional engineering services for
Stuart Nelson Park Road improvements; and
WHEREAS, if is now necessary to amend this contract
due to increased costs for this project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Amended Contract with Civil Design Group
Inc. in the amount of $29,067 for professional engineering
services for Stuart Nelson Park Road improvements. The
original contract amount of $23,422 is being increased by
$5,645.00.
SECTION 2.
This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 040-3315-532-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
