AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR DEED BETWEEN ROBERT P. PETTER JR. ET AL, AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 200 SOUTH 2ND STREET, PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY
BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
"J SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Contract for Deed with Robert P. Petter Jr., et al, for sale
to the City of Paducah real property located at 200 South 2nd
Street, Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, for the sum of
$60,000.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
