AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,494.15
WITH MURTCO INC. FOR LITTLEVILLE SEWER EXTENSION -PHASE I
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 95-12-5424, adopted
December 28, 1995, the City approved a contract in the
6 amount of $30,402 with Murtco Mechanical Inc. for
Littleville Sewer Extension -Phase I; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$5,494.15 is required for additional materials to complete
this project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$5,494.15 with Murtco Inc. for additional materials to
complete the Littleville Sewer Extension -Phase I project.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Murtco Inc. is increased to $35,896.15.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3310-532-4245.
SECTION 4. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
