AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51.164 OF CHAPTER 51,
"SEWERS", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 51.164, "Rates Established
for Premises Inside City Limits", of Chapter 51, "Sewers", of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Rates and charges for use of the service and facili-
ties of the municipal sewer system for premises
inside the corporate limits of the City as such
limits presently exist and as the same may be
extended from time to time in the future, shall be at
the rate of $2.50 per 1,000 gallons of water used,
provided the minimum sewer bill shall be $XO/00 7.50
per month for the first 01000 3,000 gallons or less
of water consumption."
SECTION 2. These decreases shall become effective
with that/�t+i�iXrf/��I/Mai/X�/Xg9►�l/a(�I¢�/s�MXX/lb/�`t�XX�¢i/4S�f
bills rendered on or subsequent to J9Xt1Xj1X00% January 1,
1997.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will be published in full, pursuant to KRS
Chapter 424.
