ORDINANCE NO. 97-8- S-70 !o
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
PRECISION MACHINE, INC., AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,000.00, FOR THE
MATERIALS AND FABRICATION COSTS FOR THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF
01 THE LARGE BAR SCREEN LOCATED AT THE TERRELL STREET LIFT STATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAK KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay Precision
Machine, Inc., an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, for the materials and fabrication costs for the
repair and replacement of the large bar screen located at the Terrell Street Lift Station.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 (WW0031).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
