AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
$13,434.50 TO HEARTLAND PUMP RENTAL AND SALES, INC., FOR THE RENTAL OF
EQUIPMENT AND LABOR COSTS FOR THE EMERGENCY BYPASS AT THE TERRELL
STREET LIFT STATION
C, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay $13,434.50
to Heartland Pump Rental and Sales, Inc., for the rental of equipment and labor costs for the
emergency bypass at the Terrell Street Lift Station.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 (WW0031).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
