AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY TO
THE GREATER PADUCAH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $18,880.50, FOR THE FULTON COURT SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
