HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-6-5690156 ORDINANCE NO. 97-6- �p U AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF HOLT ROAD FROM HINKLEVILLE ROAD SOUTH TO THE CITY LIMITS TO BREWER DRIVE, AND NAMING A PORTION OF A NEW ROADWAY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS CONSTRUCTED AS A PART OF THE HOLT ROAD RELOCATION PROJECT TO BREWER DRIVE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the name of a portion of Holt Road located from Hinkleville Road south to the City Limits be changed to Brewer Drive; said portion of Holt Road being renamed is described as follows: A right of way approximately 50 feet in width, presently named Holt Road, being 1,400 feet more or less in length, between Hinkleville Road and the present City Limits. That a portion of a new roadway within the City Limits constructed as a part of the Holt Road Relocation Project be named Brewer Drive; said portion of Brewer Drive being named is described as follows: A right of way 50 feet in width, dedicated for public use as a part of the Holt Road Relocation Project, being approximately 420 feet in length located within the City Limits, south of the existing Holt Road. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
