AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,000 FROM THE GROWTH, INC., ECONOMICiDEVELOPMENTFUND
ACCOUNT TO THE GROWTH, INC., PERFORMING ARTS CENTER PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has budgeted funds for Growth, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah now desires to transfer funds from the Growth,
Inc., Economic Development Fund Account to the Growth, Inc. Performing Arts Center Project
Fund for the City of Paducah's contribution for the Four Rivers Art Center.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah is authorizing the transfer of funds in the
amount of $10,000 from the Growth, Inc. Economic Development Fund Account to the Growth,
Inc., Performing Arts Center Project Fund for the City's contribution to the Four Rivers Art
Center.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
