AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF STEVE JOHNSON IN
THE AMOUNT OF $300.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED
BY THE URBAN RENEWAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH AND LOCATED AT 1201 JACKSON STREET IN PADUCAH,
McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the City does not have any use at this time
or in the future for said property, which constitutes surplus
real estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sale to Steve Johnson of real
property located at 1201 Jackson Street is hereby approved for
the sum of $300.00.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare a deed for the above-described real
property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed
and any other documents necessary for the sale of said
real property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
