ORDINANCE NO. 97 -4 -
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHARLES ALBERT STRATTON AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH REGARDING DEFERMENT OF SEWER CONNECTION FEES
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5173 HINKLEVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Stratton is the owner of real property
located at 5173 Hinkleville Road; and
WHEREAS, the improvements located at 5173 Hinkleville
Road are not currently utilized for human occupancy of any
kind; and
WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to deferring the
mandatory connection and payment of the sewer connection fee
at this location, provided that the aforesaid location is not
utilized for human occupancy of any kind.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement between Charles Albert
Stratton and the City of Paducah deferring sewer connection
fees for property located at 5173 Hinkleville Road in the City
of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
