ORDINANCE NO. 97-4-5067
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF INSULATED ROOFING
CONTRACTORS IN THE AMOUNT OF $129,741 FOR RE -ROOFING CITY HALL,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
l BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid
of Insulated Roofing Contractors in the amount of $129,741 for
re -roofing City Hall, said bid being in substantial compliance
with the bid specifications, advertisement for bids, and as
contained in the bid of Insulated Roofing Contractors of March
31, 1997.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with Insulated Roofing Con-
tractors in the amount of $129,741 for re -roofing City Hall, as
authorized in Section 1 above, pursuant to the specifications,
bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 001-2206-531-4205.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
