AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KIT -MO RENTAL &
SUPPLY COMPANY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $11,500 FOR
PROVIDING THE CITY WITH PORTABLE TOILET SERVICE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
I
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Kit -Mo Rental & Supply Company in an amount not to exceed
$11,500 for providing the City with portable toilet service,
for use by the Parks Department, said bid being in substan-
tial compliance with bid specifications, advertisement for
bids, and as contained in the bid of Kit -Mo Rental & Supply
Company of March 11, 1997.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Kit -Mo Rental & Supply Company for
portable toilet service, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, advertisement, bid proposal
and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 001-2402-534-2401.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
