ORDINANCE NO. 97-9-��a X
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 2-142 OF CHAPTER 2,
ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 2-142, Time and notice of
j meetings, is hereby amended and reordained to read as follows:
"(a) The regular meetings of the Board of
Commissioners shall be held at City Hall, unless otherwise
noticed, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the first, second,
third and fourth Tuesdays of each month, except that, when such
a meeting falls on a legal holiday recognized by the city, then
the regular meeting will be held on the following day at the
same hour."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
