AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TERRY LAND
DEVELOPMENT INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,137.00 FOR THE METCALF LANE LOW
PRESSURE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Terry Land
Development, Inc., in the amount of $22,137.00 for the Metcalf Lane Low Pressure Sanitary
Sewer Extension, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, and as
contained in the bid of Terry Land Development, Inc., dated August 5, 1997.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Terry Land
Development, Inc., for the Metcalf Lane Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Extension, authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 (WW0029).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
