AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $399,452 FOR WORKER'S
COMPENSATION INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky
League of Cities in the amount of $399,452 for Worker's
Compensation insurance for the City of Paducah for Fiscal Year
1997/98.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Kentucky.League of Cities for services
authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Insurance Fund (072).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
