AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET TO OBTAIN FUNDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,467.00 FOR THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE FEE
FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Grant
Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Justice
Cabinet to obtain funds in the amount of $14,467.00 for the Local Law Enforcement Service Fee
Fund.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
