AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TILFORD PLUMBING &
HEATING FOR REPAIR WORK AT THE FLOOD CONTROL PUMP STATION #2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Tilford Plumbing & Heating
\ for repair work at the flood control pump station #2 in the amount of $14,548 said bid being in
substantial compliance with bid specifications and as contained in the bid of Tilford Heating &
Plumbing, Inc., dated October 1, 1997.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Tilford
Plumbing & Heating for repairs to the flood control pump station #2, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to 001-3308-532-3303 FLOOD 8.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
