AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO
ACCEPT A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,990 FROM THE COMMONWEALTH
OF KENTUCKY, STATE POLICE HIGHWAY SAFETY STANDARDS BRANCH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
` SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is hereby
authorized to accept a Grant in the amount of $37,990 from the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, State Police Highway Safety Standards
Branch, for the implementation of a Highway Safety Program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
