AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF INTERIM CITY
MANAGER FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the position of Interim City Manager
is hereby created to read as follows:
"Interim City Manager.
(a) Position Created. There is hereby created
for the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the posi-
tion of Interim City Manager, which position
shall be filled by a Municipal Order of the
Board of Commissioners of the City.
(b) Salary. The Interim City Manager shall be
paid a salary of $5,154.90 per month."
SECTION 2. In order to continue without interruption
the daily executive and administrative functions of the City as
required by this ordinance, time is of the essence and an
emergency is hereby declared, and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately with one reading.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published pur-
suant to KRS Chapter 424.
