AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH & LOUISVILLE RAILWAY, INC., AND THE CITY
� OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR INSTALLATION OF A SEWER CROSSING ACROSS
PROPERTY OWNED BY P & L LOCATED AT 7TH AND NORTON STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
between the Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc., and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for
installation of a sewer crossing across property owned by P & L located at 7th and Norton
Streets.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
