Home My WebLink About97-12-5783364 ORDINANCE NO. 97-12-5783 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500 FROM THE GROWTH INC. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND ACCOUNT TO PADUCAH MAIN STREET WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has budgeted funds for Growth Inc.; and WHEREAS, the City of Paducah now desires to transfer funds from the Growth Inc. Economic Development Fund Account to Paducah Main Street to assist them in marketing their Downtown Enrichment Loan Program. SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $2,500 from the Growth Inc. Economic Development Fund Account to Paducah Main Street to assist them in marketing their Downtown Enrichment Loan Program. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
