AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND MOLLIE F.
HAYDEN, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LESLIE A. FEAST REVOCABLE
TRUST AGREEMENT, TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12TH AND
HUSBANDS STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a Deed by and between the City of Paducah and Mollie
F. Hayden, Successor Trustee of the Leslie A. Feast
Revocable Trust Agreement, for the City's acquisition of
property located at 12th and Husbands Streets in the City of
Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, for the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00).
SECTION 2. This property is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the corner of 12th and Husbands
Streets; thence with the line of 12th Street
toward Caldwell Street 165 feet; thence at right
angles and toward 11th Street 165 feet; thence at
right angles and to Husbands Street 165 feet;
thence with the line of Husbands Street 165 feet
to 12th Street, the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
