AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY THE
SUM OF $75,000 TO MARKET HOUSE THEATRE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay the sum of
$75,000 to Market House Theatre for the replacement of the heating and air conditioning unit.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account Number 040-3316-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
