ORDINANCE NO. 97-11- S-7 /
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
FEDERAL SIGNAL CORPORATION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,950, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF SIRENS FOR THE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROJECT FOR
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay Federal
Signal Corporation in an amount not to exceed $15,950, for the purchase of eleven (11)
electromechanical sirens to be used as part of the Emergency Preparedness Project for the City of
Paducah, Kentucky.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-0106-511-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
