ORDINANCE NO. 91-11-57S-2
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF
PADUCAH FROM DIESEL EQUIPMENT SERVICE COMPANY, LLP, FOR THE
SUM OF $37,500, LOCATED AT 1512 AND 1514 NORTH 8TH STREET IN
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, WHICH
PROPERTY WILL BE USED FOR EXPANSION OF THE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a deed for the purchase of two tracts of real property
by the City of Paducah from Diesel Equipment Service Company,
LLP, for the sum of $37,500, which property is located at 1512
and 1514 North 8th Street in the City of Paducah, McCracken
County, Kentucky. The acquisition of this property is
necessary for expansion of the wastewater treatment plant.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3310-532-4245 (WW0018).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publica-
tion pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
