AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARTHA'S VINEYARD AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR RENTAL OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1100
NORTH 12TH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Lease Agreement for the sum of $1.00 per year between Martha's Vineyard and the City of
Paducah for the rental of property located at 1100 North 12th Street. The term of this lease shall
be for five years with an option to renew for five additional five year terms.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
